By accessing or using iAgentProof.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

iAgentProof provides insurance agent license verification and trust scoring based on publicly available government data from state Departments of Insurance. The Service aggregates, normalizes, and presents this public data in a consumer-friendly format.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

All information displayed on iAgentProof comes from official public records maintained by state insurance regulators. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is current or error-free. Government databases are updated on varying schedules, and there may be delays between a license status change and its reflection on our site.

License details are drawn directly from state Department of Insurance records ( license status, effective/expiry dates, lines of authority). This site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any agent.

4. Use of Service

You may use iAgentProof for personal, non-commercial research purposes. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
  • Redistribute data from the Service commercially without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use automated tools to access the Service at high volume

5. No Professional Advice

iAgentProof does not provide insurance advice, legal guidance, or professional recommendations. The information presented is for informational purposes only. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making insurance decisions.

6. Agent Data Removal Requests

Licensed insurance agents who appear on iAgentProof may request correction of inaccurate information by contacting us at support@weblabra.com. Because our data comes from public government records, we cannot remove a profile entirely, but we will correct any inaccuracies and ensure our data matches the official state records.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iAgentProof or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
